Justin S. Kahn Elected to the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys as President

Justin S. Kahn was elected to the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys as president effective January 1, 2023. “I am truly honored to serve as the ABPLA president during this pivotal moment in the ABPLA’s service to consumers of legal services. Board certification allows clients to know they are choosing someone ethical, knowledgeable, well respected with both their colleagues and the courts, and have a clear, proven level of proficiency.” Kahn said. “I look forward to working with the ABPLA’s members comprised of both plaintiff and defense attorneys and a very committed Board of Governors.
